Choir Opportunities at University High School

University High School offers four outstanding choir ensembles, providing opportunities for singers of all experience levels to grow musically, build friendships, and become part of a supportive community.

University Introductory Choir

Designed primarily for incoming freshmen, this choir is open to students of any grade who want to develop their vocal skills. Students learn the fundamentals of healthy singing, music literacy, and ensemble performance while becoming part of a welcoming and encouraging community.

Delos Concert Choir

Open to students in grades 10–12, Delos Concert Choir welcomes anyone who enjoys singing and wants to be part of something special. No previous choir experience is required, just a willingness to learn, work together, and contribute to a positive musical community.

Zero Hour Kronos Jazz

Kronos Jazz is an advanced, auditioned ensemble that meets before school during zero hour. The group specializes in jazz and contemporary vocal music, performing challenging repertoire throughout the year. Because of its performance schedule, members should expect additional rehearsals and commitments outside the regular school day.

Harmonia Treble

Harmonia Treble is our advanced, auditioned treble ensemble, dedicated to musical excellence and community engagement. In addition to school concerts, the choir regularly performs throughout the community. Members enjoy being part of a close-knit ensemble while committing to rehearsals and performances beyond the regular school day.
